Casa Barranca 2009 Cabernet Franc

This is an ideal expression of Cabernet Franc grapes of Three-Creek Vineyard, Santa Ynez, California, where long days and coolnights produce great depth of flavor and even ripening. The wine displays notes of cassis, dark chocolate and cedar that flow into a long and expressive finish. Bright fruit and round tannins allow for great diversity in food pairings. The grapes are grown using strict organic and biodynamic practices. the wine is naturally unfiltered.
