Coturri 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon    Testa Vineyards Mendocino County

The 2007 Testa Cab is made from very small berries and exhibits silky skin tannins of the Cabernet Sauvignon fruit.  A dense, dark wine that is both brooding and appealing.  This wine has excellent cellaring potential up to 2020 if properly stored.  This is a classic Cabernet of yester-year that wants to be paired with an aged steak, grilled eggplant brushed with olive oil, or a decadent chocolate dessert.    15.5% alcohol
