NO Sulfites Added. LeVin's 2007 Cabernet Franc a very dry, opulent wine of rich dark fruit with a long, lingering finish.

Le Vin Vineyards consists of 16 acres of organically grown wine grapes in Northern California, Yorkville Highlands.  They use hand cultivation and other low impact methods to keep their rows manicured and apply organic compost, fish emulsion and Summa Minerals for soil enrichment.  Low growing clovers and beneficial insects enhance the ecosystem of their vineyards. The 2007 Cabernet Franc is made from organic, reduced-yield, hillside grown grapes from CCOF certified vineyards.
