Stellar Winery 2008 Pinotage (no sulfites added)

No-Sulfite-Added (NSA).  Pinotage is the flagship grape of South Africa. The Stellar 2008 Pinotage has a very deep, dark red plum color. The nose is fruity and spicy. It is followed with a blend of subtle fruitiness, yet dry with chocolate and berry and hints of sweet spice. It is lightly oaked.  It's lively and bright with a firm structure and supporting acidity that creates the right balance. It's a sensationally food-friendly wine that will taste great with Asian dishes,smoked salmon, hearty pasta dishes and rich meat stews. Alcohol by volume: 14.5%, Residual Sugar 2.4 g/l.
