Nougat and peach custard aromas follow through from the crisp entry to a dryish light-to-medium body with baked apple and delicate spice accents. Finishes in an nut and lemon rind fade with drying, fruit tannins. ideal as an aperitif, with snack and cold first courses. Received 88 Points from Wine & Spirits; Wine Enthusiast rated this sparkler 85 Points with a Recommended Buy and states "This is a sweet style of Prosecco with a luminous appearance and grassy-herbal notes followed by white peach, honey and jasmine.
