Verdad 2008 Spanish Albarino (Santa Ynez Valley white wine )

This California white wine is made from 60% biodynamic grapes from Sawyer Lindquist Vineyard in Edna Valley and 40% organic grapes from Ibarra-Young Vineyard in Los Olivos.  The wine is medium bodied and has lovely aromatics with hints of orange blossom, lemon peel and figs with tart apple flavors layered with bitter almonds, minerals and a bright citrus finish.  A small lot of 340 cases made
