Satisfaction Guaranteed: The EcoVine Wine Club guarantees a full refund or replacement for any wine that is tainted in any way ("corked"), broken in transit, or that you absolutely do not like.  Of course, there may be an occasional wine that you do not care for because it is made from grapes unfamiliar to you.  That is the adventure of our club.  It is a delightful journey.  You will receive many traditional varietals but take the risk and try new wines.  Expand your palate and your knowledge of other grape varietals, and find many that you love.

Pricing Information:The EcoVine Wine Club pricing allows members to pay below winery prices on three-bottle, six-bottle and case orders of our featured wines.   Members receive up to 25% on case prices of our featured wines.  Two-bottle shipments are $39.00 per shipment.  Shipping costs are based on current FedEx Ground rates.  We add $5.00 for handling on two-bottle shipments and that's about it.

California residents pay state tax calculated at 7.75%.

Shipping: Currently FedEx ground charges are automatically applied, unless customers arrange to have next day or second day delivery. We notify memberships of any shipment to allow for cancellations, change of membership status, or change in delivery date.  Club members must be 21 or older to order, purchase and receive wine. The club member's signature is required.  We can only ship to the states listed on our order form due to federal and state laws.

Privacy Statement for The Wine Club: The EcoVine Wine Club privacy statement is clear and simple. We do not share any of your information with any group of any kind. All of your information is protected. All information is used only by The EcoVine Wine Club.

EcoEsprit Newsletter: Our User Registration for the EcoVine Wine newsletter is voluntary and is not required to use the non-member portion of our web site.  Any information supplied to us by our members is confidential and used when necessary regarding purchases.  Anyone may un-subscribe from the mailing list and membership at any time.

Secured Shopping: Our site uses a secured shopping cart for club members to purchase products.  Visitors and member's contact information (such as email address) and credit card number are held in a strictly secure environment.  Information from the order form is used to ship orders to our customers.  Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services.  We do not release information of any kind to other companies. We will only release information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it, or to protect the rights and property of EcoVine Wine Club.

Security: This site and server has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control.

Un-subscribe: Our site provides the opportunity for users to un-subscribe from receiving future emails, to be removed from our mailing lists, and/or to cancel an EcoVine Wine Club memberships. Send an email to info@ecovinewine.com , a letter, or call with your request to 805-688-4455.
