Casa Barranca 2008 Cabernet Franc (Certified Organic Grapes)

This is an ideal representation of Cabernet Franc sourced from the highly respected organic and biodynamic Haulier Vineyard in Santa Ynez, California, where long days and cool nights produce good depth of flavor and even ripening. The 2008 Cabernet Franc displays notes of cassis, dark chocolate and cedar that flow into a long and expressive finish. Bright fruit and round tannins allow for a broad range of food pairings. Aged in 50% new French oak. Unfined and unfiltered. Alcohol: 13.9%
