Stellar Organics Sensory 2004 Shiraz

The Sensory 2004 Shiraz displays a rich red to brick red color with a slightly lighter rim.  The nose shows an aromatic coffee caramel banana cake character ending with hints of white pepper.  The taste mirrors the nose. The tannins are balanced by the intense flavors of this dry wine.
